Fallout New Vegas Continue After Ending Mod Can t Uninstall

For manually installed mods, the process is basically to reverse what you did when you installed them. The catch is going to be that you probably didn't make backup copies of the vanilla files that they overwrote, so in order to completely remove those kinds of mods, you'll basically need to uninstall and reinstall the game in order to put it back to its vanilla state.

Mod managers (NMM and MO) do that for you by either preserving the originals or by running in virtual Data folders so that the vanilla files don't get overwritten. I can't speak to FOMM as I haven't used it, but for NMM and MO, it's basically just clicking uninstall. How that affects your saved game is a different issue, but mod authors are pretty good about telling you how to keep from messing up your save.

Of course you can manually uninstall. Anything that was put in can be taken back out again. BUT (and it's a big one), if he overwrote vanilla files without making backups, then the modded sound/mesh/texture files remain, even if he deletes the .esp. If vanilla files were not overwritten, then it's just a matter of deleting whatever the mod added (read my first sentence).

you cant overvrite the orginal. or you use Project Liberty. The orginal files is in the bsa files. But you can make follow things. download the mod again look in the mod for the files. than you search the files in your data folder and delete the files with the exactly name of the mod. and for the future take a mod manager
